Mont Blanc, the hamburg steak specialist in Asakusa, is a famous place. This time I stopped by for dinner.

Hamburg steak
There were several kinds to choose from, and I think the one I had that day was the French style. The taste was decent, and surprisingly the evening bar-snack menu is excellent, so it is a good place for a drink too.
Rice
The rice was cooked well too. I had been eating out a lot lately, and even in Japan there are fewer places than you would expect that cook rice really well.
As you would expect from a famous place that gets a lot of media coverage, whatever you order is above average. It is the kind of place that never lets you down whenever you drop in. It is a bit pricey, but you have to factor in tourist-area prices.
