With the New Year upon us, there were hardly any good places open anywhere else, so I headed out to Itaewon. I had meant to go to Buzza Pizza, but it was full, so while looking for somewhere else I ended up at Butcher’s Cut.
Digging through my photos, it turns out I don’t have a shot of the Cobb salad..

Well.. the taste was just so-so.. the price is a bit cheap, at least.
Mac and cheese
This was so-so as well.. I ordered it as a substitute for rice.
Once we were done eating, we went to Passion 5 for round two. As always I bought some bread and headed up to the cafe. I love that they have so many kinds of bread.

Jonny Dumpling, branch 2
Branch 1 was closed for the Lunar New Year. It felt a shame to just go straight home, so I ordered a plate of pan-fried dumplings at Jonny Dumpling. There were hardly any customers when I walked in, but the place filled up in no time.

Wow, these are really good. The juices are all still in there – like soup dumplings, you could say. Everything on the menu besides the fried dumplings looked delicious too. I should stop by often whenever I am in Itaewon. Once the weather warms up a bit, that is..
