I dropped by Tuppul Deungsim, the place everyone is raving about these days. It is really a spot you should visit in the evening, but I went at lunchtime, partly just to find out where it is. Apparently it is popular because it serves good-quality meat at low prices and corkage is free, but given the friends I usually go out with, I do not get many chances to eat meat around Cheongdam.

Well… it looks decent enough.

Gomtang

I am someone who mostly goes to Hadongkwan, so comparing it with Hadongkwan is a bit unfair… but to me it was a perfectly ordinary gomtang. The 10,000-won price is down to the neighborhood being what it is, but there was nothing that stood out… I really would have to come in the evening to judge the place properly. Then again, who on earth would I come with… the way things are going, I may never get to eat here properly at all.
