Hamamatsucho has great transport links, so knowing a few good places to eat around there comes in handy. I stumbled on this udon shop while passing through and popped in. Konpira is the name of a mountain in Shikoku, so of course it has to be a Sanuki-style udon shop.

Vegetable and duck meatball udon

Udon in a warm broth with duck meatballs in it. A bowl that suits winter well.

Nice and chewy, just as Sanuki style should be.

This time I ordered the set meal. The broth on the duck meatball one is better.
