I’ve introduced Santouka Ramen quite a few times now. It’s one of my personal favorite ramen shops, but I go so often that I’m getting a little tired of it ^_^ I really should start hunting down some new places..
I’ve posted about it so many times that I don’t think a detailed explanation is needed.
Mini shio ramen
This is the tonkotsu shio. Ordering the mini size makes it 100 yen cheaper.
Chashu ramen
The chashu is weaker than the toro-niku.
Size comparison shot
I was glad my companion enjoyed the meal.
The staged noodle-lift shot..
When I eat out alone, I sometimes forget to take the noodle shot ^_^
I wonder if it looks tasty.
For me, Santouka is better than Ippudo.
This is the Nihonbashi branch.
I looked it up on my iPhone while riding the subway and found my way there. The iPhone is really great ^_^ It was expensive, but it’s worth it. That said, buying a case looks like it’s going to cost me a bit, sadly.
Toppings for the toro-niku shio ramen
Toppings for the toro-niku shoyu ramen
The toppings are different for each.. It’s nice to see them paying attention to the little details.
Shoyu ramen
It feels a bit less polished than the shio, but it’s tasty.
Tonkotsu miso ramen
The shio is definitely the best, but the miso is pretty good in its own way.
