This post was written in 2006. Some information may be out of date.
This is the station in front of my place.
I just snapped it as I was setting off.
Waiting on the platform for a train to Yongsan…
What I like about Incheon is that the trains don’t run underground. Being underground feels so stuffy… Tokyo doesn’t have that many subways either, which is part of why I somehow grew fond of it…
At the stop for the Incheon bus at Gangnam Station
I rode the last bus home almost every day. Busy life ^_^
The streets on a quiet holiday
If Gangnam traffic were only this light, driving would actually be bearable… ^_^ Normally you can’t tell whether walking or driving is faster…
The Kyobo Book Centre building, snapped in passing.
Still standing strong without me, I see… Well… not that I was hoping it would fall down or anything…
The 63 Building, taken from a taxi on the way to Singil Station.
Not much has changed around here ^_^
A view of Yongsan Station.
Yongsan Station has changed a lot.
Yongsan Station again
I bought a lot of books at Sobic in Yongsan Station. I’d actually meant to drop by the electronics market, but it turned out to be its day off.
Near Dogok Station
The sunshine looked warm.
I took a walk along Yangjaecheon and ended up near Samseong.
It’s a park where walking is a real joy. Along with the Han River banks, it’s one of my favourite places. And it beats the riverside in one way: there’s shade ^_^
The view from Yangjaecheon
I love parks right in the middle of the city. I need to make lots of money and buy a place here…
Samseong.
It hadn’t changed much…
This is probably Tower Palace
I came here with a goal in mind, but it was a fail. I’ll try again next time.
