I was walking by, spotted a bakery and went in. For starters I had no idea how Herge was even pronounced, and when I looked it up later it turned out to be “Hergé”..

Honestly, the taste and the interior are just about perfect as far as I can tell, but I did find myself thinking, they run a shop this small? Turns out the main store is somewhere else and this place is a branch. Anyway, there are so many genuinely good bakeries these days that I can’t claim this is the best one, but I think it is fair to take it as: here is another solid spot.
