Well, good for them. Looks like it will keep doing well for a good while yet. The biggest reason it does so well is probably the real estate. If they got pushed out the way Garosu-gil was, the property would go down with it, but that does not look likely around here.

D FLAT

Since I was in the area, I stopped by D FLAT nearby too. They seem to put a lot of care into the food.
