Beef jerky

One of the people who came that night brought out some beef jerky they had received as a Lunar New Year gift, and it was surprisingly delicious. I had no idea jerky like this existed in Korea.

Gung beef jerky

It was so good I photographed the package so I would remember it. It is not hanwoo, but the quality is really good.

Manhattan

A Manhattan made with bourbon from a Brooklyn distillery, Kings County Distillery. It is the only bourbon produced in New York, and I had bought it because the bottle was pretty, but the taste is really quite ordinary. The cocktail itself was decent enough.

Can’t remember what this was..

I think it might have been an absinthe cocktail, but it was so long ago that I can’t really remember.

Angel’s Share is always a good time. I just feel bad that I act like a nuisance every time I visit.
