I left Korea at the end of June and came to Tokyo. That was already three months ago T.T At first I was so busy that looking after the blog never even crossed my mind, and now that I finally sat down to upload, the backlog is no joke.. Let me hurry and get it all up.
On the way in from Narita
It always feels good when moving day comes with clear skies. Haneda is closer to the city, but for various reasons I flew into Narita. Getting from Narita Airport into town is a bit of a hassle.
Once in town I stopped by Hamamatsucho for a bit and had lunch at Konpira Udon near the station.

After the heavy drinking that had gone on right up to the day before, I ordered udon in a hot broth that looked good for a hangover, and it really hit the spot.

But in summer cold udon tastes better.
I ran myself ragged while I was in Korea, and since coming to Japan I have been far too busy to go around hunting down great restaurants. So for a while the posts will be modest ones.
