Workman is a brand originally famous for workwear, and I drop by every now and then to see what they have. I think it blew up along with the camping trend during COVID, but it’s great because the gear is functional, durable, and cheap. Once you buy something, you can wear it for years and it’ll still be fine. The only downside is that the finishing isn’t great, and it focuses on function over design.
Nitrile gloves
I heard these sell well in Korea, but they sell them in Japan too.
Clothes
These are winter clothes… well… the design isn’t great.
Clothes
It’s all about functionality over design.
Clothes
They have some Snoopy and Mickey clothes from expired licenses. They look ordinary, but they’re cheap and durable. That’s why they last a long time once you buy them, and they’re great for wearing around the house. I usually wear Uniqlo when going out because the designs are nicer, but it feels like a waste to wear them just at home. For lounging, the cheaper and tougher Workman gear is better. However, for underwear, Uniqlo is superior. That’s because it touches your skin. For things like that, you need Uniqlo-level quality to be comfortable.
