Scenes around Seoul National University Station

I spent some time wandering around the Seoul National University area. There’s Sharosu-gil and plenty of other things to see.

The Market

Snu entrance.

There’s a market over by Nakseongdae, and it’s got some pretty cool stuff.

Selling dumplings…

Snu entrance.

They looked good, but I’d already eaten too much…

Hwasang Handmade Dumplings

Snu entrance.

I saw they moved to this location. Looks like business is still booming.

Geumya Myeonok

Snu entrance.

I really love naengmyeon, but I just haven’t had the chance to stop by…

Horang-i Myeon

Snu entrance.

Not sure what it is, but I took a photo anyway…

Corn Patate

Snu entrance.

It’s an Italian dessert cafe, but it didn’t seem like the kind of place an old guy like me could walk into alone…

Choi-i-goya

Snu entrance.

The Choi-i-goya that used to be in Bangbae has moved here.

The breads

Snu entrance.

You can really feel the difference in level… This is how it should be…

The breads

Snu entrance.

The precision is on another level…

The breads…

Snu entrance.

But I’d already bought too much bread to get any more… I’ll just wait for the next opportunity…

Singiru Gopchang

Snu entrance.

I’ve been seeing this place on YouTube a lot lately…

“Please eat my love.”

Snu entrance.

The vibe was a bit… off, so I didn’t actually go in…

Deungmaru Traditional Country Makgeolli…

Snu entrance.

I snapped a photo while passing through the market, and the aura of this place is no joke…
