I heard Root Bakery in Songdo was popular, so I went to check it out.

Canal Walk around here has gone completely to seed, but a tough little independent shop like this survives.
The bread that was left
There really was nothing to buy, so I came home with just the chestnut loaf. If you want the full experience you probably have to go early in the morning.
