It is run by a Korean, and apparently they only open on weekends.

It sounds like they learned the cafe trade back in Korea, and did the interior themselves as well. Koreans really are a multi-talented bunch.. There was no cafe in this neighbourhood, so I think it should do pretty well from here on.
