To be honest, Yogitta isn’t some incredible restaurant. But the mood is just right for a light drink on the second round. It’s tucked away in a spot that’s hard to find, too, so call it a hidden gem of Gyodae..

This is the otoshi, the little starter that comes with your seat.

Takoyaki

This one was on the house. We’d been in the private room and got moved to another table, so it came out as an apology. The taste was ordinary.

Kushikatsu

There’s a fried banana one as well, and it’s surprisingly good.

Oden, gyusuji beef tendon

What arrived wasn’t quite what I had in mind, but well.. it was the second round anyway, and I enjoyed it.. I’d say the atmosphere matters more here than the taste.
