The Jinmi Pyeongnaeng is a sister shop of Jinmi Pyeongyang Naengmyeon.. it is near Nambu Bus Terminal, and more than anything else it has the advantage of never being crowded.. these days there is a long line wherever you go, so when a place this good has no line at all, you can only be grateful..
The menu
The prices are not exactly cheap, which may be exactly why it stays uncrowded.. The best part is that they have the solo naengmyeon set, and being able to get naengmyeon, jeyuk (boiled pork) and mandu all for 25,000 won is, I think, the real draw.

They give you a proper spread.
Jeyuk
It comes out nice and clean. Not an extraordinary flavor, but at this level it is perfectly good.
Naengmyeon
I would not call this one an absolute best either, but I enjoyed it.
Mandu
This place really does make outstandingly good mandu. They are big, and the filling is substantial. Next time I think I will skip the solo set and just order naengmyeon and mandu.
