I heard a bakery had opened in Sangsu, so I went over. Honestly, these days there is a good bakery wherever you go, so I no longer set out with a bakery as the destination; I just drop in if there happens to be one where I am already headed.
A place like this
It is up above Seongsu, and this area seems to be slowly getting developed too.
Breads like these
Breads like these
The quality looks pretty good.
Inside
Bread
The design is nice too.
Apricot Danish
Compared with the Danishes I have eaten in Japan, there is not much of a difference.
Financier
The quality is good.
Johnsonville sausage pastry
It seems like it would do just fine in place of a meal.
Salt bread
The basics are well done.
Everything was tasty, so it is hard to find anything to say. Bakeries that open these days are all skilled, so apart from the price there is really nothing to comment on.
