Anodatte is a bakery near Lake Sanaru, and it is popular enough that if you do not get there early everything will be sold out.

It is on the small side, but there were quite a lot of people inside.

I do prefer the harder styles, but the bread at this shop is not all that hard. It is perfectly fine to eat, though..

This one works well as a meal too. The shop seems to have a lot of meal-style breads in a style that would go down well in Japan. I hear their rusks are famous as well, so next time I should do a bit more homework before I go.
