One thing I definitely worked out this time: Chuncheon is great at night. I think it is because of the lake.
Lakeside apartment view
Places here must cost a fair bit.
A park
Chuncheon Bridge
Chuncheon Bridge seen from a distance looked so good.
A bakery
To think a cafe this modern exists here..
Breads like these
Maybe because it was night, there was not much bread left.
The scenery
Romantic Chuncheon
They even have a photo spot.
A park
A cafe selling salt bread
Honestly, going by this sort of thing alone, you could not tell whether you are in Seoul or out in the provinces.
The old town
Come out to the old town and you see buildings that could collapse any day without surprising anyone.
Chuncheon Station
It was getting late by now, and once I got home that would be the end of it, but..
Chuncheon Bridge is visible behind the station.
To think it was this close..
A view of Chuncheon Bridge
Getting up close..
Quite a lot of cars were coming out to see Chuncheon Bridge. Some were even doing U-turns in the middle of the bridge, which was like watching GTA.
The far side
The colors really were beautiful. I came away with good memories of Chuncheon. It would be nice if Legoland does well.. though that does not look like it will be easy..
