Hamamatsu has plenty of good bakeries, and Place Mange is pretty much top of the pile among the French ones. I couldn’t find a single thing about it that falls short of any bakery in Tokyo.

It’s a beauty.

Raisin danish

Olive bread, probably

Bacon bread, probably

The only thing wrong with this bakery is that it’s a bit far, so I can’t get there often. The world is wide and there’s no end to the good places to eat.
