Turns out there’s a curry shop in Gasan that made it into the Blue Ribbon..

Tonkatsu curry
It’s perfectly fine, nothing more. Better than the usual chain places, sure, but I didn’t really get any sense of something special.. Either way the price isn’t steep, so it made for a good meal.
