What I ordered was the gindara no nitsuke.

It’s simmered black cod, and it tastes far, far better than it looks.

The black cod melts in your mouth and it’s a touch on the sweet side, but eating it after so long it tastes heavenly. The piping-hot chawanmushi and the roughly cut, thick slices of sashimi are well above the bar too. All I can do is hope they keep going strong until the day I finally come back.
