I met a friend in Daimon and, while we were deciding where to go, we ended up at Horumon Zaichi. There really aren’t many places that measure up to it.

I’m always happy when a Japanese yakiniku place brings out cabbage. Same goes for moyashi (bean sprouts)..

Well.. the quality goes without saying. It’s a horumon place, but the beef is delicious too..

When the meat is especially fatty, they sometimes bring out a raw egg with it.

Even with the same offal, Korea and Japan have different ways of eating it.. so going back and forth between the two countries is the best way to enjoy it..
