A Thai place opened right in front of Makochan, so I popped over for a quick lunch.

The nice thing is you can put your meal together in all sorts of combinations. And the prices are reasonable too.
Today’s pick
I went with the gapao rice and added a mini tom yum ramen. Not bad, but nothing all that special either. Well, at this price it would be pointless to expect more. Personally I’d rather they used plenty of proper local spices… but then it would lose its mass appeal, I suppose…
