I’d been to Horumon Zaichi once before for the hamburg steak, and I liked the atmosphere.

Fresh offal tossed in a slightly spicy sauce, and it’s seriously good. I feel like it would go well with wine too.. It’s fun how the same offal gets eaten a bit differently in Korea and Japan.

You can have all sorts of cuts done gochamaze style, and since just letting them pick seemed best, that’s what I asked for.

Pudding

The dessert is perfect too. It’s tasty and good value, so I get why the place is so popular.
