It is a spirit distilled from tangerines, and I was surprised at how close it tastes to vodka or gin. It is not cheap, but I was surprised that a Korean bottle this good is out there. Someday, when the house runs dry, I would like to order one.. traditional Korean liquor can be sold online, after all..

I have worked my way through a lot of whisky, and Clynelish and Cragganmore have never let me down. After this many bottles I think I can safely call them my taste.

Lemon sour was booming around this time, so all sorts of lemon sours came out in cans. I tried a few of them.. and Kirin’s Honshibori Lemon was still the best of the lot. Reproducing the taste of a freshly squeezed lemon in a can does not seem to be easy.
