There is a very famous tanmen place in Hamamatsucho. So why had I never gone until now.. it is a mystery.. anyway, I finally went..

There are more items on the menu than you would expect.. but they are all along similar lines.
Ankake tanmen
It comes out looking like a work of art.
Gomoku tanmen
The flavor is not aggressive at all, and it feels like something made at home. This is a taste that middle-aged guys would become fans of.
The noodles
I found myself a good place. I thought I had been getting around diligently, but there are still far too many spots I have not made it to.
