I was moving from Shibuya over to Yoyogi, and it is closer than I thought. It is practically stuck to the back of Bunkamura.
Sebastian, spotted on the way
It is that famous shaved ice place, and so this is where it was.. this one is so wildly popular that they say you have to queue at least two hours to get a bowl.. I have a feeling it is not happening in this lifetime..
A cafe I found on the way
Very 1980s..
Arrived at 15℃
It is a cafe run by 365 Nichi, the bakery. Does it not look like something a bit out of the ordinary.. or maybe not..
Coffee
The design is lovely.
Open-faced burger
The chicken off to the side is a side dish, and the ingredients are good and it is fried up nice and crisp. Very much part of the 365 Nichi family, as expected.
Ginger ale
Assembled
It is made with wagyu, so there is nothing to fault in the patty. That said, it is a healthy sort of burger, so it may not suit people who think a burger has to be junky.
Bread and cake
365 Nichi has a long queue, but this place is not quite at that level, so it was easy to drop into. I bought a few things and ate them at home, and they tasted good as expected, though they felt a little less special than 365 Nichi.
The street
The view in front of Bunkamura on the way back.
