It is just shredded potato, but it goes really well with a drink.

Haidan gyoja, stuffed with pork and sea urchin

They recommended the steamed ones so I ordered them that way, but they were just so-so.. The sea urchin is fine, but the pork flavor is a bit off.

Pan-fried shrimp dumplings

These were far better.
