These days I sometimes go to Japanese restaurants in Korea too. I suppose it is to keep some balance, since all I ever eat when I go to Japan is yakiniku..
I’d heard Negi Dining had a good reputation, so I went to try it. Judging by how hard they’ve been expanding lately, business must be going very well indeed.
Draft beer
Finding the entrance up to the place was not easy..
Negi
There is spring onion in the basil sauce, and it works nicely with a drink.
Oysters
Creamy. They have got hold of good oysters even in this heat.
Kakiage
The tempura is a bit weak.
Sushi
Well, it is not at the level of a specialist place..
Soup
The ingredients are good and the price is not bad either. Eating at an izakaya in Japan is still the most delicious by far, but if Japanese food comes out at this level in Korea, it’s worth a visit.
