Won Daegutang in Samgakji has been famous for ages, and it still is. The odds of a place like this letting you down are very low. These days I can’t afford a bad meal, so I mostly go after places like this.

It looks shabby from outside, but inside it’s spacious and there’s even a second floor. Only natural, given how well the business is doing.

There’s no such thing as adding extra offal; if you want more, you have to add another serving, one portion at a time… but the portions are big enough and the pot is loaded with stuff. Above all, the price is so cheap. Even with drinks, it’s hard for two people to go over 30,000 won. Eating this well at this price… no wonder it’s popular.
