Turns out it’s a well-known spot in the neighborhood.

Mul-makguksu (cold buckwheat noodles in broth)

The broth is to my taste, but the noodles are thick and a bit slippery. They say it’s 100% buckwheat, which made me wonder how that’s even possible.
