Jun Ujita (Pâtisserie Jun Ujita) is a dessert shop in a slightly awkward spot on the outskirts of Tokyo. Gakugei-daigaku is the closest station, more or less… anyway, it takes real determination to get there. This time they were doing a pop-up at Isetan Shinjuku again, so I slipped by. Isetan really is something.

For some reason I was craving an eclair that day, so I bought one.
Oh, but this was seriously good. It’s packed with rich chocolate cream, yet the pastry isn’t soggy at all. This place clearly knows what it’s doing.
I picked up some simple sweets too
