Taiki in Hamamatsucho

There’s a lunch spot in Hamamatsucho that does pretty brisk business. It’s called Taiki, and it serves tai-meshi. Honestly, Uwajima is tastier and cheaper, but Shimbashi is a bit of a hike… and the vibe here is completely different anyway.

Elegant. The taste is elegant too. The portion is a touch on the small side, though…

The tai-meshi here is clean-tasting and perfectly decent, but unless business brings you out this way, it’s probably hard to justify a visit. There’s a better option out there, after all…
