Yayoiken is absurdly cheap and the quality is decent. It goes toe to toe with the gyudon and soba chains, and I have no idea how they pull it off.

Age-yakisoba (crispy fried noodles) at Waratoku
Waratoku isn’t in Shinbashi proper; it’s in the Shiba shopping street. Their age-yakisoba is a similar concept to sara-udon, and it’s delicious.
