Ramen Due Edo in Hibiya

I had heard there was a place in Hibiya serving stylish ramen, so I paid a visit. If you’re wondering where Hibiya is, it’s about halfway between Ginza and Shimbashi, close to the Imperial Palace, and with Tokyo Midtown Hibiya recently opening, it’s become a bit of an up-and-coming area.

The line isn’t as long as I expected. Probably because the prices are on the high side.

As I stood at the entrance, a beautiful server who looked like a hotel concierge showed me in. I felt almost unworthy..

It was a carb overload, but there was no other way.. Do give it a try.

They have quite a variety of ramen, and I wanted to try them all. But Hibiya is far away, so who knows when I’ll be back…
