There’s a Taiwan Gyoza place in Shinbashi. It’s a slightly odd chain: the food is so cheap and so good that you wonder how they make any money at these prices. I suspect it’s a business model that could only exist in Shinbashi.

I ate until I was completely stuffed. The zha cai is all-you-can-eat, so it made a nice stand-in for a salad. I’m so happy Shinbashi is right by my place.
