I heard there was an event of craft bakeries gathered from all over Japan, so I went to Aoyama, but it was raining and the weather was really cold.
The vibe was like this..
Okayama, Hiroshima.. they had come up from all sorts of places.

Honestly it was a bit meh.. I should have bought something else..
There were plenty of interesting bakeries, but with the bad weather I headed back pretty quickly. Then I went to the Tokyo Meat Market Festival 2017 held in Shinagawa.
Roughly like this..
It is close to the station. Take the south exit and it is on the right.
Inside..
This year the feature was Fukushima. They were selling frozen meat insanely cheap, so there were lots of people.. but for me there was not much to buy.
Outside..
Surprisingly, the fruit from Meidi-ya was ridiculously cheap. I went on the afternoon of the last day and they were selling it at about a third of the normal price, so just buying a bit of that covered my train fare. Next year another region will be the main feature, so I will be looking forward to that.
