I had heard that the tamago sando at Shouro in Tsukiji is a local specialty, so I went to check it out.

Tasty, as it turns out. The mayo goes really well with the juicy tamagoyaki. At this level, I would say it deserves its reputation as a Tsukiji specialty.

Hmm.. I think the plain tamago sando is the best after all..
