I was meeting someone in Hamamatsucho in the evening, and after some back and forth about where to go, we ended up at a tonkatsu place. The trouble with this neighborhood is that there are plenty of places to drink at night but not many places to actually eat. Not a lot of easy options.

Hire katsu (fillet)

These days I find myself craving the leaner fillet more.

Rosu katsu (loin)

Still, it feels a bit lonely not to order the loin, so we got one of each.
