Tennozu is the area just south of Shinagawa. It was redeveloped fairly recently, so there are lots of interesting shops. T.Y. Harbor Brewery is still doing great business, too. One weekend I dropped by for a look around.
Slow House
I guess you’d call it a lifestyle goods store. It’s part of the ACTUS group, and they’ve done it up nice and hip.

You can see the cafe right next door. There’s no connecting passage, though..

It was a hot day so nobody was around, but the vibe is hip. T.Y. Harbor Brewery is just behind this.

The festival on the Kitashinagawa shopping street
The shopping street is huge. I had no idea there was a place like this near Shinagawa. I’ll have to drop by again once it cools down.
