A junior colleague who lives in Silicon Valley came to visit, and the original plan was Sakana Bal, but it’s hard to get in there without a reservation. So we went to Kameido Horumon right across from it instead. Kameido Horumon has a queue too, of course, but it’s easier to get into than Sakana Bal.
