There are so many get-togethers at the end of the year. The Epicure club’s year-end party was at Deoham Hanugol, so off I went.

A serious amount of beef came out, so I was satisfied. I have never once felt the membership fee was a waste at an Epicure gathering.

I don’t really remember how it tasted…
I brought a Yamazaki Limited Edition 2016, but there’s no photo of it. The character typical of Yamazaki was on the weak side, but it had a smooth taste. A decent whisky for the price. Plenty of other bottles came out too, so I drank quite a bit that day.
What I won as a prize
Cookies and chocolate cakes made by Wonder Younga,
and they were so delicious. I was genuinely moved… I guess this is the taste that keeps me coming to Epicure gatherings.
