Lately I have been spotting Ippudo branches all over central Tokyo. They are expanding the chain aggressively while bringing in some fun concepts.

Inside

It is roughly this kind of stand where you can have a quick drink. Looks decent, right?

A familiar taste, and the quality has held up even as the chain has expanded.
