Mr. Holmes Bakehouse, the San Francisco shop famous for its cruffin (croissant + muffin), has landed in Korea. There was no way I could skip it.
The building looks roughly like this.
It’s on Serosu-gil, one of the side streets off Garosu-gil.
Cruffin
Far tastier than it looks. Even after quite a while, the cream inside doesn’t soak into the croissant, which made it all the more enjoyable.
The Instagram photo spot.
Brioche doughnut
This one was a bit ordinary. After all, we have kkul-kkwabaegi (honey twisted doughnuts) in Korea too.
What was this again…
Anyway, the cruffin is definitely worth trying once; the rest of the menu is American-style dessert, so it was just okay.
