After a quick first round.. someone said they were craving gopchang jeongol for the first time in ages, so for round two we headed to Cheongeoram. We got there just as they were about to close up for the night.

Grilled
It had been a while since I last had Korean-style gopchang, and it was pretty good. The place is better known for its jeongol, but the grilled stuff is tasty too.
Gopchang jeongol with extra gop
More than the gopchang itself, the star here is the broth, rich from all the vegetables yet clean-tasting. Glad I got to have it before the weather gets any hotter.
