After a satisfying first round at Bona Festa, I dropped by Bar Bee, a lovely bar in Hikifune.

Otoshi: ratatouille

The cooking here is on a high level. It is safe to say it goes well beyond what you get at an ordinary bar. And even though it is a bar in a pretty quiet neighbourhood, the service is on par with a luxury hotel, which is unusual.

Whisky of the day: The Peat Monster

They said it is a blend of heavily peated whiskies like Ardbeg, but having tasted nothing but really strong ones lately, it did not seem all that intense to me. Tasty, though.. I ordered a bunch of other things besides this one, but with no photos I cannot remember them..

Seafood on crispy rice

Really delicious~ The perfect drinking snack for middle-aged guys.
