Nakwon Arcade in Jongno is packed with monkfish restaurants. Among them, this place is probably the best known. That said, for various reasons there were not many customers inside on this day. It is right next door to that famous rice cake shop, and both turned out to be pretty good.

The interior

Very ordinary.

Agujjim (spicy braised monkfish)

Really generous with the contents. Compared to this, the agujjim in Sinsa-dong was not even a proper dish. And to think I ate that and called it delicious.. It has been a while since I felt the greatness of Jongno’s good eateries.
