There is a cake shop with a long history in Asakusa, so I went to check it out.
The place is called Lemon Pie.
The retro atmosphere is really lovely.

Fluffy like a sponge, with a nice tartness. It is the kind of lemon pie anyone would like.

The chocolate on this one was smooth too. A fun little shop.
