Early in the morning I head out to Azabu-Juban. If you’re in Tokyo, you’ve got to visit the heart of the city at least once ^_^ The place I ducked into for breakfast was Pointage, a bakery that doubles as a café.
The storefront
From the outside it looks like an ordinary neighborhood bakery, but it gets rave reviews. That’s the scary thing about Azabu-Juban.
Croissants
Maybe because they were fresh out of the oven, they tasted like a work of art. The framboise croissant and the chocolate pastry at the back were great too.
Sandwich
It’s a bit pricey, but I have no complaints about the taste. The croquette bun at the back was good too. If there were a shop like this near my place, I’d probably be a regular. I’d have to earn a lot more money first, though.
A glass of warm milk~
It was just a light meal, but it came to a fair amount. Still, eating something delicious first thing in the morning really puts me in a good mood.
